Meet Brian Cuttone
How did you get interested in real estate?
I graduated from college with a degree in psychology and decided I did not want to pursue a career as a psychologist. My mom, a successful realtor for many years, inspired me to get my real estate license. I found real estate and helping people with real estate issues fascinating and something I was passionate about. Eventually, I attended law school and became a real estate attorney.
What is your favorite part of working in real estate?
Working with people to fulfill their goals and solving problems along the way.
What do you like to do outside of real estate?
Spend time with my family, watching my children compete in sports and dance.
Who is your hero and why?
Both of my parents are my heroes. They both started and successfully operated small businesses. My father has owned and operated his own restaurant in Merced for 56 years and my mother was a top producing real estate agent for over 30 years. They showed me how to be successful in life and instilled in me the importance of honesty, hard work, service and respecting others. Most importantly, they showed me how to be a good spouse and parent.
What is the best part of living in the Central Valley?
The people, the proximity to the mountains and ocean and the opportunities to succeed.
