Meet Chase Carter
How did you get interested in real estate?
For me, real estate has always been more than a few walls with a roof over it. Real Estate is such an amazing force with the power to transform someone’s outlook on life instantly. Now, home for me has always been a place I have felt most comfortable. It’s place where I am able to explore, reflect and experience my best self. It’s a place full of love, laughter, beauty and growth. So what got me interested in real estate was the realization that property is not just a place, it’s a feeling. Once I discovered the emotion behind real estate and what it can do for individuals and families, it became a no brainer.
What is your favorite part of working in real estate?
I love helping others find comfort in their lives and to me, home is where it all begins. It’s the foundation in which life is built on. Creating a positive experience from the get go is something I’m extremely passionate about.
What do you like to do outside of real estate?
I love spending time with my wife and son. Aside of that, I am very passionate about volunteer work, specifically with Right at Home Art Collective (www.therahproject.org).
Who is your hero and why?
I have many heros as I am constantly inspired by those whom I am blessed enough to come in contact with. One hero that stands out more than others is my grandmother. Her love has no end and I admire that.
What is the best part of living in the Central Valley?
Everything about the Central Valley is amazing. From the people to the scenery, I’m happy to call this place home.
