Meet Sandra Cox
How did you get interested in real estate?
A very good friend got me interested in real estate. I went to an open house and set with her and from that day forward I knew it was for me. I loved talking with the people and getting to know what they wanted in a home. It was so thrilling to think I might help them find there dream home!
What is your favorite part of working in real estate?
Real estate can be pretty emotional. There are lots of sad and happy reasons why people move. My favorite part is making the transition as easy as possible and finding a way to help the seller or buyer in each transaction.
What do you like to do outside of real estate?
I enjoy time spent with family and friends most. Walking, reading and home improvements are fun also.
Who is your hero and why?
My parents! My parents have been married for 60 years, some of those good years and some bad. They never had a lot of money but we had much love. I was raised in a very modest household but they were always happy and grateful for what we had. Money and things come and go but family, friends and love never fail. They taught us to work hard and be honest and I respect and thank them for that.
What is the best part of living in the Central Valley?
The people are down to earth and friendly. We do not have a lot of traffic and I love the small town feel we still have.
